Payment Policy

• We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Mada.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for customers within the UAE with no additional fees.
• All payments are processed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).

Payment Processing

• Payments made through Stripe are securely processed and authorized at the time of order placement.
• For COD orders, payment is collected in cash by the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
• Orders will only be processed and shipped once payment is successfully received or cash is collected on delivery.

Security

• We use Myfatoorah  payment gateway with SSL encryption to protect your payment information.
• Royal Plantscape Landscape and Gardening Woks LLC does not store your full credit card details on our servers to ensure your data privacy and security.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds for online payments will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
• COD refunds will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
• Orders can be canceled as long as they have not been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us promptly at support@royalplantscape.com.

Invoice and Receipts

• Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with an invoice attached.
• For COD orders, an invoice will be provided with the delivery.
• If you require additional invoices or payment documents, please contact our support team.

Disputes and Chargebacks

• There are no hidden fees. Cash on Delivery is offered without any extra charge.
