🌿 Important Note for Live Plants
Live plants are perishable and require special care.
If you receive damaged, dead, or incorrect plants, you must notify us within 2 calendar days of delivery to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

Live plants that are delivered healthy and as described, with no damage reported within 2 days

Customized items or plants that have been repotted or modified

Products that have been used, opened, or returned after 14 days

Any items damaged due to improper care after delivery
