Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.


🌿 Important Note for Live Plants

Live plants are perishable and require special care.
If you receive damaged, dead, or incorrect plants, you must notify us within 2 calendar days of delivery to qualify for a refund or replacement.


📦 Items Eligible for Return

  • Live plants that are:

    • Damaged, dead-on arrival, or not as described (reported within 2 days)

  • Gardening accessories (e.g., pots, tools, décor) that are:

    • Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

    • Returned within 14 calendar days of delivery


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Live plants that are delivered healthy and as described, with no damage reported within 2 days

  • Customized items or plants that have been repotted or modified

  • Products that have been used, opened, or returned after 14 days

  • Any items damaged due to improper care after delivery
