Return & Refund Policy

At Royal Plantscape, we aim to provide high-quality products and ensure full customer satisfaction. This policy applies only to products (plants, planters, pots, and gardening accessories) purchased from our website or in-store.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Products must be damaged, defective, or not as described.

• Live plants delivered in good condition cannot be returned, as they are perishable.

• Planters, pots, and accessories can be returned if they arrive broken or do not match the product description.

Refund Timeline

• Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

• Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

Replacement Policy

• In case of a damaged or defective product, we can provide a replacement instead of a refund upon customer request.

• Replacements will be shipped within 3 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Charges

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

• If the product was delivered damaged, Royal Plantscape covers the shipping cost for the return and replacement.
