✅ Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

📢 Important Note for Live Plants

Because live plants are perishable and sensitive, please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and notify us within 2 calendar days if you receive any damaged, dead, or incorrect plants. This will help us resolve the issue quickly.

📦 Eligible Items for Return

  • Live plants that arrive damaged, dead-on arrival, or not as described (reported within 2 days).

  • Gardening accessories (e.g., pots, tools, décor) that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging can be returned within 14 days.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Live plants delivered healthy and as described without damage reported within 2 days.

  • Customized or repotted items.

  • Products used, opened, or returned after 14 calendar days.

  • Items damaged due to improper care after delivery.

📩 How to Request a Return

To request a return or refund:

  1. Email us at support@royalplantscape.com within 14 days of delivery (within 2 days for damaged plants).

  2. Include your order number, clear photos of the product(s), and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

💰 Refund Process

If your return is approved, you may choose:

  • ✅ Refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–7 business days)

  • ✅ Store credit for future purchases

  • ✅ Product replacement, subject to availability

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

🚚 Return Logistics

  • We may arrange pickup in Dubai and nearby areas for valid returns.

  • Alternatively, customers may return items to our office after prior arrangement.
